1. Choose your course
Read the course description and decide the course you wish to take and the date you wish to start. If you are in any doubt contact us by email or by phone on +39 (02) 87388760. Please note that One-to-One lessons can be booked in addition to any course.
2. Choose your language level
You can use our Online test or our level chart to help you to decide.
3. Enrol - You can ENROL ONLINE or download the APPLICATION FORM: In both cases be sure to enter the course type, the accommodation choice, the transfer service if required.
- Enter the details of the course you wish to follow
- Enter the start date for the course and enter how long you want to study
- Enter the type of accommodation you wish AI to arrange (if needed)
- Enter whether you want AI to arrange to welcome you at the airport on arrival and transfer you to your accommodation
- Choose your preferred method of payment
- Enter your personal details
4. Method of payment
- a) Online: Credit card/Debit card (with Secure Server your credit card and all your data are encrypted. Transaction is secure).
- b) PayPal Online
- c) by EURO cheque
- d) by SWIFT bank transfer (proof of payment to be faxed/mailed to the school)

In case of bank transfers please email or fax us +39 (02) 8738 8891 the receipt of payment stating for whom the payment is being made indicating the student's name, the type of course and the starting date of the course. Bank charges are at the student's charge.
If you are already in Milan, we invite you to come and visit our school at any time between 09.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday. After a test and an interview you will be able to reserve a place on the next available course.
5. Payment - Please check your chosen method of payment. Payments must be done as follows:
- deposit of 25% of the total tuition fee (according to the total number of weeks). Balance to be settled not less than two weeks before the course starts.
- full tuition fee (for the total duration of the course, + the eventual first 4 weeks accommodation and the airport pick-up) if a Study Visa is required, as requested by the Italian law
- full tuition fee (for the total duration of the course, + the eventual first 4 weeks accommodation and the airport pick-up) if it is a last-minute booking less than two weeks before the course starts
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT ?
a) you will receive the confirmation of enrolment by the school within 2/3 working days
b) you will receive the accomodation details at least 2 weeks before the course starts
c) please pay the balance of the total tuition fee 2 weeks before the course starting date
